The open plan kitchen and living area provide a warm lounge/dining/entertaining area. There is access from the lounge out onto a balcony which overlooks views to the west and affords a spectacular view of the railway line and also acts as a splendid external dining area.
The accommodation provides 3 bedrooms which sleeps up to 6. At ground floor level, there is a twin room with en-suite. To the rear is a double bedroom which enjoys extensive views and natural light and sliding doors to the garden.
Also at ground floor level, there is a downstairs bathroom, WC and utility room together with a generous reception area and flight of stairs leading to the living deck.
At first floor level, there is a further double bedroom with en-suite, situated off the lounge area, together with a small office area.
Externally, at the front, there is generous parking for 3 cars. To the rear, there is a well manicured garden which is bordered by the railway line from Inverness to Perth.
The accommodation would suit up to 6 people in various combinations, particularly suited to two couples sharing or a family of up to 6.
Dogs are welcome by prior agreement with our house manager Diane, at £25 per week each, subject to some strict terms and conditions.
