The Old Signal Box

DESCRIPTION

The Old Signal Box at wall was built 1890 and has been refurbished to a very high standard with quality furnishings. It is a perfect getaway for two situated on a disused line that was closed in 1955, it formed part of the North Tyne Line that ran from Hexham to Riccarton Junction.

Comfortable and luxurious retreat with commanding views of the river Tyne and beyond. Come and explore the varied landscape of Northumberland, castles, beaches (we have 64 miles two – of them have been voted the best in the UK) walk Hadrian’s Wall and much more.

We offer you every comfort, open fire, comfortable lounge/diner. Well equipped kitchen, outside space with furniture and car parking.

Downstairs there is a king sized bed (can be converted to 2 full sized single beds) with quality bed linen & duvets, wet room with under floor heating.

We are open all year round. Towels and heating are included in the price.

Arrival time is 17:00 with a departure time of 12:00.
